Introducing each of our five 2019 Studio Program artists, and their practices.

Each year, ACE hosts five fully-supported South Australian artist studios through the Studio Program. Places are awarded through a competitive application process and support outstanding applicants who display strong artistic merit and commitment to their practice, who are engaged in an active program of professional development and/or career opportunities during the Program period.

Tara Rowhani-Farid is the recipient of the Helpmann Academy 2019 Residency. She works in the field of painting and post-internet reflecting an interest in the discourse of painting within a paradigm of network culture.
